Wishlist

It’s a cliché for a reason; Gifts are always appreciated, but never expected!

In truth, giving gifts is a delicate art, and choosing to spoil me is probably the most vulnerable you can make me feel.

Appealing to the tomboy in me is easy. I am a bit of a cycling nerd, so anything which makes my rides (no, not those ones) more enjoyable is greatly appreciated. My favourite brands for cycling gear are Rapha, MAAP, Le Col and Castelli, and if you bought me a sexy new road bike you might be in for a trip out on the road together. Or maybe we’ll just take the recovery bath together instead…

My feminine side has a secret love for fine, interesting jewellery (the real way to win my heart.) I love to be enveloped in silk, cashmere and lace, or bound and accented in leather and metal. I particularly enjoy being to be taken shopping and dressed up by someone with impeccable taste or a well-realised fantasy.

I try to keep my Wishlist up to date for inspiration, and aim to highlight any particularly pressing desires in my monthly newsletter.

My sizes vary by brand, so please enquire if you would like to bring me something for me to wear for you, either when we’re alone or on our next date. As a general rule, I am a UK10 in dress and UK7 in shoe size.

If experiences are more your thing, and you’d like it to be you I’m thinking of while sipping a glass of wine, in the glow of movie theatre lights or while enjoying a sensual massage, a membership/gift certificate is just the ticket and can be sent to be.with.elle@gmail.com.

This year I’m focusing on learning, wellbeing and experience. In the words of Thoreau: “I want[ed] to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life.”

Learning! A course, a book, a trip. For emphasis, I always adore a book- whether slid across a table as an introduction or a Waterstones gift voucher.

For the latter, enablement of my solo travel could be in the form of any of the gift cards above, or sponsoring one of my bucket list trips. The current number 1 is a trip on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, but I have a number of dream trips. There may or may not be a fully customised Google Map involved… Of course, you always have the option to get planning a trip for two with an extremely enthusiastic travel companion organise a FMTY (fly me to you.)

Most Lusted After

While my favourite way to show my appreciation for gifts is in person, I do have an address for established friends who may be geographically challenged.

If you’ve something to send my way, drop me a mail/message!
